Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Islamabad and Rawalpindi only.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Everything is made to order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from confirmation to delivery.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. A quick one-time verification by WhatsApp or email is required before checkout.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Sunday, 11am to 6pm.
How do I track my order?
Order status updates are sent directly to you on WhatsApp.
Can I gift-wrap or customize an order?
Gift wrap and a custom mug are available as add-ons at checkout.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?
Not as a standard offering yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll follow up.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
Dietary & Ingredients
Do you offer sugar-free options?
Yes. Every product offers a sugar-free variant, unqualified — all are below international diabetic-safe thresholds.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, though not across the whole range. All four brownies, The Dozen, Wild Harvest bark, Magpie's Field bark, and The Medley are genuinely gluten-free, confirmed cross-contamination clean. Morning Rush and Friction barks are not gluten-free, and The Full House (which contains both) is not fully gluten-free.
Are your products keto-friendly?
Yes, a keto variant exists across the range, built on almond flour and stevia in place of regular flour and sugar. We don't publish precise net-carb figures until they're lab-verified.
Do you use roasted nuts?
Not usually. Two products are the exception — Roasted Almond Brownie Ball and Peanut Caramel Bonbon both use roasted nuts by design. Everything else in the range doesn't.
Which products contain coffee?
Coffee appears only in The Dark One.
What if I have a food allergy?
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. If you have a specific allergy concern, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
