About us
CRUMAIRE is a handcrafted chocolate brand based in Islamabad, Pakistan, making brownies and chocolate barks fresh to order. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +92 339 1113128.
Our products
Everything is handcrafted and made fresh to order. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in appearance are natural. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ a little in look.
Allergens
All CRUMAIRE products are halal. All products may contain nuts, or may be made alongside nuts. If you have an allergy, please consider this carefully before ordering, and contact us with any specific question.
Orders and confirmation
When you place an order, we will confirm it with you. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if delivery falls outside our area, or if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason. As products are made to order, we recommend ordering 24 to 48 hours in advance.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may update prices from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time we confirm it.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and payment through our website gateway. Payment details are confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Islamabad and Rawalpindi only. Orders are made fresh, with a lead time of 24 to 48 hours from confirmation to delivery. We will keep you informed of your delivery.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel any time before your order leaves for delivery. Our approach to cancellations, damaged or incorrect orders, and refunds is set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Use of our website
You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way.
Intellectual property
The CRUMAIRE name, logo, product names, images, and written content on this site belong to CRUMAIRE. Please do not copy or use them without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We take great care with every order. To the extent permitted by law, CRUMAIRE is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any matter relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
